What is an aftermarket domain?

An aftermarket domain is already registered and is being offered for resale. DNOM Marketplace lists these domains. For a new registration, use our Registrations search, which also shows relevant aftermarket alternatives.

How do I buy a domain?

Open the domain page, review the price and available purchase options, then follow the checkout instructions. Keep your order reference and check your account for the next steps. A purchase is complete only after payment and the required fulfilment checks.

Find a domain
Can I make an offer?

Use Make an offer where it is available on the domain page. Include an email address you can access and follow the instructions shown. An offer is a proposal; it does not reserve the domain or complete a purchase.

Ask about a domain
Does the domain include a website or email?

Check the individual listing for what is included. Do not assume that a website, hosting, email service, trademark or other business assets are part of a domain purchase. Ask us before paying if you need clarification.

Where can I register a new domain?

Use Registrations to search for a name and review the available extensions, prices and registration terms. Availability can change between searching and completing registration; wait for confirmation before treating a domain as registered.

I paid, but my registration is still pending. What should I do?

Check your account and confirmation emails first. A payment confirmation alone does not confirm that the registrar has completed registration. Contact support with the domain and order reference if the status is unclear, and avoid placing a duplicate order while it is being checked.

Where can I check renewal and registration details?

Sign in to your DNOM account to review your order and available domain management options. Check the registration terms and renewal information for your domain. If you cannot find the expiry date or the setting you need, contact support with the domain name.

Which payment methods can I use?

Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order. Wallet options, including Apple Pay, depend on the checkout, device and browser. Follow only the payment instructions supplied for your order; contact support if you cannot use an available method.

Can I spread the cost of a domain?

Where a lease-to-own or payment plan is offered, review the eligibility, payment schedule and transfer terms before committing. Plans are not available for every domain. Ask support if you need to confirm a plan or understand when ownership will transfer.

Ask about a payment plan
I have sent a bank transfer. What happens next?

Use the exact payment reference shown on your order. Bank payments need to be matched and confirmed before the order can progress. If your payment has not been matched, contact support with the order reference, payment date and amount. Never include banking passwords or full card details.

Ask about a payment
Can I cancel an order or request a refund?

Contact support with your order reference so the team can review the current payment and fulfilment status. Eligibility depends on the product, order stage and applicable terms. Read the refund policy before purchasing; a request does not automatically cancel an order.

Read the refund policy
What happens after I buy an aftermarket domain?

After payment and availability checks, DNOM provides the instructions needed to deliver the domain. The process depends on the domain and registrar. Follow the instructions for your order and check your account and email for any actions required.

Review your order
How long will my domain transfer take?

Timing depends on the extension, registrar, domain status and any verification or transfer restrictions. There is no single completion time for every domain. Contact support with your order reference if a step is unclear or you are waiting for an update.

How do I connect my domain to a website?

Your hosting or website provider supplies the DNS records or nameservers you need. Use the management options available for your domain, or ask support for guidance. Keep a copy of your current DNS records before making changes, especially if the domain already handles email.

Where do I find auction rules and my bids?

Review the individual auction for its current bid, end time, bidding requirements and applicable terms before bidding. Sign in to review your bids and wins. If you need help with an auction, include the domain and auction details in your support request.

View your bids and wins
How do I access my account or reset my password?

Open the account page to sign in or use the account recovery options. Check your spam folder if you are waiting for a verification or reset email. Never send a password, reset link or verification code in a support message.

Sign in or recover access
What should I include in a support request?

Use the email address associated with your order and include the domain, order reference, what happened and any error message. If you already have a DNOM support reference, include it so the team can identify your earlier request.
